Headphones gone wrong

First of all these are not the headphones that were delivered These are earbuds and he received the big bulky with the padding over the ear not the earbud style headphones. Secondly, not only did I pay for the same day shipping and it wasn't shipped that day as I ordered before 2:00 p.m. like it's advertised, he just received them a day or two ago which makes that over a week after being purchased. This isn't the first time having an issue like this either
